I am so happy to announce after lots of consideration and demand that I will be reopening my Massage and Laser therapy treatments. Over the past year, I have been perfecting the treatments I will be offering and making some changes to my policies.
Please see below for changes:
• If you make an appointment and cannot make it, please let me know with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Times are tough and I can usually fill those appointment spots if I have notice. If you no call no show and would want to rebook an appointment at a later date I will require 100% deposit for the next appointment.
• Due to so many last minute cancelations or changes to previously booked treatments, I will be requiring a 50% down payment on all out-of-town services. Your deposit is non refundable 24 hours prior to your appointment. I do understand that things happen and will offer ONE free no call no show policy.
• If you pre book multiple horses at a time, then at the time of service not all horses are present, you will have a fine of $25 at time of service. I am often driving a very long ways for these appointments. "I couldn't catch him this morning" is no longer going to cut it.
• If you have booked a specific length and treatment, there will be no downgrading at the time of service.

Also can be beneficial to horses with any lameness issues as can provide additional comfort at the very least.
